Dit ga je doen
- Beheer het aanmaken van dossiers en alle diensten met betrekking tot freight forwarding en logistiek.
- Assisteer bij account-startups en werk nauw samen met het salesteam om ervoor te zorgen dat alle benodigde documentatie en informatie voor Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) worden verstrekt.
- Controleer en audit dossiers wekelijks om naleving van schattingen, winstmargebepalingen en tijdige facturering te waarborgen.
- Ondersteun klanten met dagelijkse verzoeken met betrekking tot export-/importdocumentatie om soepele transportprocessen te garanderen.
- Voorzie klanten van gedetailleerde vaarschema's om een naadloze informatiestroom te waarborgen.
- Coördineer met rederijen om optimale oplossingen te verkrijgen voor capaciteit en kosten tijdens de uitvoering van transporten.
- Werk samen met interne netwerkteams en externe partneragenten om service van topkwaliteit te garanderen.
- Reageer snel en effectief op noodgevallen die zich kunnen voordoen tijdens de uitvoering van ocean freight-dossiers.
- Werk samen met operationele collega's om ondersteuning te bieden tijdens periodes van hoge werkdruk.
Wat wij vragen
- Diploma in logistiek, supply chain of een gerelateerde discipline.
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in de freight forwarding-industrie, met een focus op zeevracht.
- Bewezen vermogen om initiatieven uit te voeren en te zorgen voor nauwkeurigheid door middel van planning, analyse en opvolging.
- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden met het vermogen om meerdere taken te prioriteren en deadlines te halen.
- Vaardigheid in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel en PowerPoint).
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail, vooral bij numerieke data-analyse.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden met vloeiendheid in Nederlands en Engels.
