Flow Traders is looking for a Global Head of Communications to further strengthen the firm’s visibility and reputation worldwide. The focus of this role is to lead and coordinate all internal and external communications and branding, ensuring a consistent and impactful Flow Traders brand across regions, stakeholders, and media. Lees hieronder de volledige details en solliciteer vandaag nog.What You’ll DoDefine and deliver a global communications strategy that aligns with Flow Traders’ business vision and growth objectivesLead corporate storytelling, media relations, and brand positioning initiativesDevelop and manage strategies for corporate reputation, industry profile and business continuity communicationsPartner with the CEO and the other Executive Directors, Investor Relations, HR, and Public Affairs to ensure clear and consistent internal and external messagingOversee external communications for key events (e.g. Annual report, AGM, press releases)Represent Flow Traders in relevant industry associations and strengthen relationships with international mediaProvide guidelines and frameworks for internal communications to ensure consistency across regions, while keeping the primary focus on external visibilityWhat You Bring10+ years of senior communications or PR experience, ideally in the financial industry or at an international agencyStrong knowledge xbpjoel of the financial sector (Digital Assets space is a plus) and its stakeholdersExcellent English skills (Dutch is a plus)A proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate at board levelLeadership experience managing agencies and teamsA strategic mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentSeniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionCommunications
