  • Lead and supervise a team of employees, including supporting their recovery and reintegration during illness;
  • Plan and coordinate daily work schedules, set priorities, monitor progress, and address issues that arise, internally or externally;
  • Communicate effectively with external suppliers and internal departments to ensure seamless operations;
  • Oversee daily activities and take corrective action for errors in loading, unloading, or storage processes;
  • Ensure the warehouse is well-organized, manage physical inventory, and guarantee accurate product storage;
  • Maintain precise storage records, including reporting and returning damaged products (Wiera system);
  • Collaborate closely with the Warehouse Supervisor on operational progress, HR matters, and employee performance reviews;
  • Prepare and submit KPI reports, ensuring the warehouse is clean and orderly;
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, environmental, and food safety regulations;
  • Manage accurate time and attendance records, including payroll and absenteeism tracking (XpertSuite, Velocity EHS).

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • A competitive salary between €3,050 and €3,300 per month, based on your experience;
  • A full-time position with a consistent 5-shift schedule and a shift allowance of 128.5% per hour;
  • A responsible role with opportunities for growth and development within the company;
  • Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per km, with no maximum limit;
