De Functie

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct en tijdig alloceren van de orders met in achtneming van het FIFO principe. Het zorgdragen van een correcte voorraad administratie door het verder afhandelen van orders na daadwerkelijke verlading en indien nodig het verwerken van retour partijen en overige benodigde voorraadcorrecties. Ook draag je bij aan het continue verbeteren van het allocatie- en order afhandelingsproces.  

Verantwoordelijkheden

Rapporterend aan de inventory and warehousing supervisor, heeft deze functie de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Controle van laadbewijzen van externe magazijnen vs gealloceerde pallets;
  • Administratief de laaddatum van de order bevestigen zodat de order gereed is voor facturatie;
  • Het ondersteunen van het DC als geladen orders niet bevestigd kunnen worden;
  • Regelmatige controle van nog niet afgehandelde orders met een datum in het verleden;
  • Het tijdig administratief verwerken van voorraadcorrecties;
  • Het administratief verwerken van retour partijen van klanten;
  • Het volgen van de retour procedure, informeren van alle betrokken partijen zoals lab, QA, customer service etc.;
  • Informeren van customer service medewerkers in geval van problemen met allocatie van klantenorders; 
  • Communicatie met externe magazijnen en het ofi distributie centrum in Wormer;
  • Verstrekken van gegevens omtrent allocatie;
  • Adviseren over verbeteringen m.b.t. allocatie en voorraadadministratie. 
 
Profiel kandidaat
 

Voor deze functie zijn wij op zoek naar een kandidaat die:

  • In het bezit is van een MBO diploma, bij voorkeur in een logistieke richting;
  • Enige jaren relevante werkervaring heeft bij voorkeur in de levensmiddelenindustrie;
  • Ervaring heeft met ERP-systemen (bij voorkeur SAP);
  • De Nederlandse taal goed beheerst in zowel woord als geschrift, Engelse taal is een pré; 
  • Stressbestendig en slagvaardig is;
  • Klantgericht werkt en analytisch vermogen heeft.
