The role

We are looking for teammates to be employed in the position of Project Manager (Yacht) in our shipyard, which manufactures mass production boats / yachts in Antalya Free Zone.

Key accountabilities

  • Preparing project plans based on the General Plan together with the production departments and sharing them with the planning department,
  • Control and follow-up of project planning, risk analysis, organization of necessary preparations for risk analysis results,
  • Organizing project kick-off meetings and identifying project requirements,
  • Ensuring the necessary level of communication with project overseas responsible, customer representatives, sales managers, after sales service responsible,
  • Organizing the technical information, drawing packages and material information required for production together with the engineering department and sharing them with the production departments,
  • Sharing the flow of information on drawings, specifications and materials between project, production and engineering/design disciplines,
  • Monitoring and auditing the production process and carrying out the necessary work to ensure the improvement of the processes,
  • Monitoring the production quality and carrying out the necessary work to ensure that the improvements to be made comply with the production standards.

Skills & experience

  • Graduated from Naval Architecture and Shipbuilding / Naval Architecture and Marine Technology Engineering departments of Universities,
  • At least 5 years of experienced in the field,
  • To have a good command of MS Office programs,
  • To have a good command of written and spoken English,
  • To have coordination and communication skills,
  • Analytical thinking and solution orientation,
  • Residing or will be able to reside in Antalya.
