Are you a proactive finance professional looking to make a real impact?

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to oversee and enhance key financial processes, including SAP customer hierarchy management, credit risk & profitability analysis. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, KPI submissions, and monthly closing activities while collaborating closely with Accounting, Financial Controllers, and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also manage material ledger processes, conduct profitability analyses, and drive process improvement initiatives. With a strong focus on financial control, budgeting, and data management, this position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making and continuous financial optimization. If you have strong finance experience, advanced Excel skills, and a proactive approach, we'd love to have you on board

Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain customer hierarchies in SAP.
  • Conduct credit risk analyses for customers and manage necessary applications.
  • Lead AR processes, act as a lead with accounting, and take proactive measures for at-risk customers.
  • Support HQ monthly closing reports and ensure accurate KPI reporting and submissions.
  • Manage material ledger, conduct monthly profitability analyses, and share insights with sales teams.
  • Handle price updates in SAP and actively contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and support for various projects.
  • Partner with key stakeholders, providing insights for management decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team and financial Controllers during the closing process.
  • Create and maintain financial data reports, prepare profitability tables, and KPI reports.
  • Update profitability databases regularly.
  • Provide budget guidance and monitor adherence to allocated budgets.
  • Assist in monthly financial control activities, including general ledger checks.
  • Help prepare management reports, budgets, and analyses.
  • Support HQ projects and improve existing financial processes.
  • Prepare periodic reports, financial forms, and SAP BPC submissions.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience (Big 4 experience of 4-5 years is a strong plus).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Professional-level English proficiency (both written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
