Overview The Services organization drives growth by offering cutting‑edge services. Within Services, the Security Solutions Product Line focuses on fraud, identity, financial crimes & resilience, cyber security, and experience & disputes. This role leads the Security Solutions agenda for Northern Europe, focusing on the Netherlands and the Nordics & Baltics markets. Responsibilities Manage the Security Solutions product portfolio in the Netherlands, owning the go‑to‑market strategy and ensuring product relevance. Drive initiatives to improve security and resilience in line with regulations such as DORA, PSR, MICA. Partner with divisional services leads to generate incremental growth and support the sales process. Collaborate with other services and product organizations to bundle initiatives and present a unified value proposition. Work closely with divisional presidents, country managers, and account managers to deliver solutions and maximize customer value. Consolidate customer and market feedback to influence global strategy. Guide the Commercialization Lead for Nordics & Baltics, contributing to their development. Represent Mastercard at community and industry events, demonstrating thought leadership. Qualifications Experienced people leader with a strong track record in solution selling and product management. High collaboration, self‑driven, and able to build relationships across functional areas. Proven success in product development, commercialization, and time‑to‑market acceleration. Expertise in payment ecosystem and competitive landscape in fraud, identity, financial crimes, experience & disputes, and cyber security. Ability to present compelling product propositions to executive stakeholders.
