Ontdek het hieronder. Key Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain relationships with key corporate, leisure, and special-event clients, ensuring alignment with the hotel's luxury positioning. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue across assigned market segments. Represent the hotel with professionalism and elegance at prestigious industry events, trade shows, and client engagements. Conduct site inspections, presentations, and client interactions that reflect the highest standards of luxury hospitality. Partner closely with Marketing, Catering, Revenue, and Operations to execute initiatives that enhance brand visibility and demand generation. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and productivity analyses for senior leadership. Maintain meticulous account management, utilizing CRM tools to track activities, pipeline stages, and client communication. Uphold the hotel’s commitment to service excellence in every guest and client interaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. 3-5+ years of luxury hotel sales experience or equivalent high-touch relationship management role. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a polished and professional demeanor. Strong understanding of luxury travel, high-end clientele expectations, and global market trends. Proficiency in CRM Systems  A refined sense of service, attention to detail, and genuine passion for hospitality.
