Location: South Holland Full-time | Offshore Energy – Decommissioning, Wind, or Transport & Installation Own the Engineering Behind Tomorrow’s Offshore Innovations Are you ready to take the lead on complex offshore projects that push the boundaries of engineering? As a (Senior) Project Engineer , you will become a key technical leader within one of our clients' core product lines — Decommissioning , Wind , or Transport & Installation . You will guide a talented engineering team and work at the forefront of designing, preparing, and executing world-class offshore operations. Across all product lines, you will play a critical role in transforming ideas into safe, efficient, and innovative offshore solutions. Your Impact, Depending on Your Product Line Decommissioning: Ensure the safe, sustainable removal of offshore structures. Wind: Support the global energy transition through offshore wind project preparation and execution. Transport & Installation: Tackle large-scale operations involving heavy-lift transport, installation of offshore structures, and complex modules. What You’ll Be Working On Lead and coach a team of enthusiastic engineering professionals Plan, coordinate, and manage assigned work — including defining required resources, competencies, and subcontractor needs Develop execution methods for offshore works, including equipment selection, lifting arrangements, and detailed design activities Perform technical project preparation, engineering support, and execution follow-up Review and manage internal and external deliverables (drawings, reports, procedures) Oversee subcontractors from specification and fabrication through testing and hand-over Prepare cost-effective tenders and contribute to future product developments What Makes You Successful You thrive in dynamic, multidisciplinary environments. What You Bring A completed higher professional education in Civil, Mechanical, Maritime, Aerospace Engineering or similar 10+ years of experience in engineering, project preparation, and execution within offshore or construction projects Strong analytical, practical, and problem-solving abilities Excellent command of English (spoken and written) Supervisory skills and experience coaching junior engineers Willingness to work occasionally offshore, in yards, or at other offices as needed Specific Expertise We Value Experience leading engineering scopes and making project-level decisions Ability to bring structure to unstructured workstreams and identify technical opportunities Strong analytical capability to challenge and understand topics beyond your own domain Ability to interface effectively with specialists across technical disciplines Understanding of commercial drivers in marine contracting Deep knowledge of offshore energy technologies and innovations What We Offer Strong compensation & benefits , including an annual bonus plan tied to company performance Bonus basis includes: annual gross salary + 13th month + 8% holiday allowance Future-proof pension plan 30 days of paid time off , with the option to purchase 10 extra days Excited about shaping the future of offshore engineering?
