Your role is pivotal in driving strategic insights, supporting operational decision-making and ensuring financial rigor across the supply chain and production landscape.You manage a geographically dispersed team and work closely with senior stakeholders across the organization. A key focus will be advancing the maturity of the function in areas such as performance management and planning capabilities, while providing strategic support throughout the organization's growth cycle and ensuring the effective deployment of capital.How can you help us?Lead the FP&A activities for Operations, Manufacturing and Supply-Chain including planning (budgeting and forecasting), performance management (reporting, analysis and variance commentary), business partnering as well as projects and investmentsManage and develop a team of four FTE's (two direct reports onshore, dotted-line reports: one onshore and one offshore), fostering collaboration and accountability across locationsPartner with Operations, Manufacturing and Supply-Chain Leadership to provide financial insights that drive efficiency, cost optimization and performanceOwn and enhance reporting and planning processes and tools, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and relevance of financial dataDrive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems, leveraging ERP tools and developed modelsStrategic support across scaling or growth projects and/or initiatives, including capacity expansion, optimization or inorganic growth (M&A)Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policiesFurther development, standardize and mature the existing reporting framework and analytical capabilitiesAre you a match?Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or accounting - advanced finance degree/MBA preferred10+ years of proven experience in FP&A, which of minimum 5 in manufacturing or operations environment, and 5 managing a teamStrong technical financial acumen, with deep understanding of cost accounting, supply chain finance and operational KPI'sProficiency in advanced modelling, M&A integration, infrastructure investments and growing the organizationsProven experience in driving and/or supporting strategic decision-making and goal-setting initiatives, leading business improvement projects, and collaborating effectively within international teamsStrong communication skills (English required, French a strong plus)Willingness to travel for business, mainly in EuropeWhat we offerOne-year contract, with the expectation of a permanent contract following successful completionMarket based base salary and a bonus planTraining opportunitiesEmployee Assistance Program and wellness allowance26 vacation days + an option to buy 5 extra daysHybrid working policyInternational working environmentReady for a new challenge?Medline thrives when everyone feels truly connected and empowered to contribute their unique insights.
