I am looking for an EHS Lead for a chemical manufacturing site in South Holland. This person will be independent in their role of managing a small site where the chemical process is highly technical.


EHS LEAD

START: March, April (May considered), 2025

LOCATION: South Holland

SALARY: 5,000 - 6,500 euros a month + package

WORK STYLE: Full-time, Permanent and Onsite

SECTOR: Chemical Manufacturing

LANGUAGE: English and B2+ level Dutch

EXPERIENCE: 3+ years HSE experience (MVK/ HVK level)


Duties:

-Build team, standards, process and procedures from the ground up

- Set and deliver strategy for the EHS team and company

- Roll out training for EHS

- Document management, operational EHS support, site audits

- Support for the company to stay in line with Dutch legislation

- Reporting into the director of operations


My client has started the interviewing processes and are looking for this person to start Q1 2025.
