This role supports the next stage of growth by expanding revenue and deepening partnerships across multiple sales channels.Role Summary - As Key Account Manager, you'll play a key role in managing and growing a portfolio of commercial partners across the Benelux region. The focus is on installers, wholesalers, and selected enterprise and energy clients. You'll balance farming existing relationships with developing new opportunities, ensuring partners are supported, engaged, and commercially successful. The role requires someone hands-on, structured, and entrepreneurial.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow strategic partner accounts across the installer, distribution, and energy network.Identify and secure new business opportunities across the Benelux region.Conduct partner business reviews and co-create growth plans.Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close contracts with commercial partners.Work cross-functionally with technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.Monitor competitor activity, market developments, and policy changes to support commercial strategy.Represent the company at key partner events, trade shows, and industry forums.Maintain accurate forecasts and activity records in CRM.Requirements:3-6 years of B2B sales or key account management experience.Background in EV charging, energy, or technical hardware/software sales preferred.Proven track record managing installer, channel, or distribution partnerships.Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).Why JoinJoin a market-leading EV charging OEM at the forefront of clean technology.Work within a small, collaborative team where your impact is immediate and visible.Genuine career progression opportunities as the Benelux operation scales.Flexible hybrid setup with autonomy to manage your market.Interested in learning more?
