Then we are looking for youYour missionIn this dynamic environment, you will be responsible for monitoring our accounts receivable portfolio and will play a crucial role in assessing and releasing customer orders. You will ensure that customers are delivered on time, while keeping our financial risks under control. You are not afraid to call (foreign) customers, likes to contribute ideas for improvements, and works well with colleagues.Your key responsibilities:Manage and monitor outstanding debtor balancesContact customers (phone & email) regarding overdue paymentsIdentify payment risks and advise on credit limitsReview and release orders based on creditworthinessCollaborate with Sales and Finance on disputes or high-risk ordersSupport continuous improvement of the credit control processWhat You BringCompleted financial training and have experience in accounts receivable management.Strong communication skills and the ability to act firmly but in a customer-oriented manner.Accurate, precise, and reliableIndependent, proactive, and result-drivenTeam player who enjoys connecting with colleaguesExperience with D365 is a strong advantage; good knowledge of Excel and MS OfficeExcellent command of Dutch and English.
