Innovation Consultant

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

As a Innovation Consultant, you will develop and manage proposals for EU funded projects in the transport and renewable energy sectors, creating innovative project concepts and strategies.

It will be your responsibility to prepare the project plan, budget and timeline, to guard technical integrity, and to monitor progress throughout the project.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Writing and developing high technical proposals for Horizon Europe, CEF and Innovation Fund Projects
• Conducting thorough research and analysis to identify funding opportunities and align them with the client need
• Collaborating and communicating with the clients and internal team to design innovative project concepts and strategies
• Preparing detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery
• Ensuring compliance with funding requirements and guidelines
• Building and maintaining the relationship with all external parties, such as clients, partners and funding agencies
• Continuously monitoring and reporting on project progress to ensure timely delivery and achievement objectives
• Providing pragmatic solutions and staying updated on industry trends, funding programs and regulatory updates

WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE

• +3 years of experience developing and managing EU funded projects, preferably in the transport and renewable sectors
• Bachelor or Masters degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, etc.)
• Experience writing proposals and preparing detailed (technical) knowledge for funding agencies
• Good project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment both independently and being part of a team
• Excellent communication and writing skills in fluent English
