Then come and join the team at Royal A-ware in Almere Here you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in packaging our high-quality cheeses, while working with the latest technologies in a clean and modern setting.Your RoleAs a dedicated Operator at Royal A-ware, you will be pivotal in the packaging process. You will ensure that our advanced packaging lines perform optimally by:
  • Accurately adjusting, operating and monitoring the machines to ensure every cheese is packed perfectly;
  • Managing one or two production employees, ensuring a smooth workflow;
  • Performing minor maintenance and efficient troubleshooting to minimise downtime;
  • Working in a 3-shift system, enjoying flexible working hours and attractive allowances.
