Location: The Hague Area | Salary: €85K - €95K | Hybrid (3 days on-site)

What You’ll Do:

  • Assess and modernize legacy security policies to meet evolving compliance and risk management needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective security frameworks and governance structures.
  • Drive compliance initiatives and ensure policies align with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and other industry standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to strengthen security controls.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring policies are audit-ready and effective.


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in information security, governance, or compliance roles.
  • Proven ability to create, update, and implement security policies.
  • Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISM, or CISSP are a strong plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a structured, detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate across global teams.
