About this role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Partner Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping and executing our partner marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of local market dynamics and partner needs, with a focus on increasing our brand visibility and driving partner success through effective marketing initiatives.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a localized partner marketing strategy and calendar, ensuring alignment with global and local objectives.
  • Campaign Execution: Implement global and local campaigns to drive partner engagement and enhance JET brand visibility.
  • Performance Optimization: Track KPIs, optimize campaigns based on insights, and share best practices to improve effectiveness.
  • Market Analysis: Identify local opportunities and advocate for adjustments to enhance campaign impact.
  • Collaboration: Act as a PM business partner and connector both globally and locally (B2C, Sales, CS, and Scoober), delivering effective and sustainable commercial strategies.
  • Budget Management: Own and manage the local PM budget, including planning, utilise, and tracking of PM and B2B voucher budgets, with global alignment on local needs.

What will you bring to the table?

  • Marketing experience, preferably in an FMCG and/or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong commercial understanding; B2B experience.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on and flexible approach, adapting to the rapid pace of business
  • Good collaboration skills with multiple internal and external parties
  • Planning and organisational skills for strong Project Management
  • Excellent writing and communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
