Role Overview As an Associate Director, you will lead by example beyond project delivery. You’ll inspire and develop your team, take full ownership of client relationships, identify opportunities for cross‑sell and new business, and shape our practices and solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead with Impact – Own projects with confidence, own client relationships and drive strategic direction locally. Solve Problems Decisively – Tackle complex client challenges with clarity and logic, elevate thinking across projects. Contextualise Meaningful Data – Apply industry insight to frame client issues, use Kantar data to challenge assumptions and build strategic narratives. Guide Business Action – Spot new business opportunities, lead proposals and involve senior team to capture opportunity. Connect to Win – Collaborate across Kantar to shape winning solutions, build bridges beyond Consulting to deliver integrated client value. Build Great Teams – Foster a culture of respect, growth, and celebration, develop talent and retain high performers. Drive Lasting Change – Champion scalable solutions and thought leadership, innovate practice areas to align with market trends and future needs. Own Commercial Success – Acting as partner and solution expert by clients, understand profitability levers and be accountable for delivering project recoverability. Qualifications 6‑8 years of experience working for or with a global brand in brand marketing or experience in growth/brand consulting or other relevant professional services. Proven track record delivering impactful solutions and building strong relationships.
