Sales Account Manager, Benelux Region
Our client is a leading a leader in premium wireless technologies.
Role Summary:
The Sales Account Manager, Benelux is responsible for maintaining and driving sales in existing accounts and developing new business. The individual is located in the Netherlands and responsible for building successful, long-term relationships with our key retail and distribution partners across the Benelux region.
Responsibilities:
- Build and/or establish strong relationships with new accounts and within major existing accounts including product managers, buyers, planners, etc.
- Collaborate with entire sales team to ensure best practices and information are shared to maximize results and achieve goals
- Assist customers with all account related questions, issues, or concerns. Provide accurate, timely information to the customers regarding inquiries such as products, pricing, and quotes
- Analyse and understand industry market trends, competition, products, and pricing that may impact sales efforts and communicate this information to all sales management and other departments as necessary
- Full P&L responsibility for the region.
- Review and analyse daily sales and compare actual v. projected / plan results and be prepared to present that information when requested
- Travel to tradeshows and customer sites required.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in a Consumer Electronics sales role – networking an advantage
- Retail and distribution experience in Benelux
- Proven ability to drive sales and knowledge of P&L and the ability to accurately forecast the business
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills required
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- A working knowledge of the market sector and the marketing mix.
