You will be tasked with defining the technology roadmap and ensuring the development of scalable, high-performance quantum control stacks.


The ideal candidate will have expertise in quantum-classical integration, high-speed electronics, and RF-based control systems will be key in scaling systems.


You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and quantum research groups, to drive low-latency, high-precision control solutions for superconducting and hybrid quantum architectures.



Key Responsibilities



  • Lead quantum system architecture, focusing on high-performance, scalable control stacks.
  • Oversee Quantum System-on-Chip (QSoC) development, integrating RF, FPGA, and ASIC-based control solutions.
  • Design low-latency qubit control and network-on-chip (NoC) communication for scalable quantum computing.
  • Develop control and measurement systems for superconducting qubits and hybrid architectures.
  • Manage IP strategy, including patent filings and partnerships with foundries.
  • Collaborate with hardware, software, and quantum research teams to align technology with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of architects, engineers, and researchers.



Requirements:



  • Expertise in quantum-classical integration, HPC, and RF-based qubit control systems.
  • Strong background in chip design (FPGA, GPU, ASIC, cryogenic electronics).
  • Experience with high-speed electronic design, RF/microwave engineering, and scalable computing.
  • Proven leadership in IP development, patent strategy, and semiconductor collaborations.
  • Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML acceleration for quantum systems.
  • Experience leading interdisciplinary teams in R&D-driven environments.
