De Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Organisatie is verantwoordelijk voor de kennisoverdracht en kwalificatie van de ASML-infrastructuur, installatie en gebouwen op onze locaties. Ter ondersteuning van onze lokale CRE Veldhoven organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een Specialist Emergency Response.

Rol en verantwoordelijkheden

In je rol als QESH specialist – Emergency Response draag je bij aan de ASML bedrijfsnoodorganisatie. Je bent de sleutelfiguur voor het waarborgen van een veilige werkomgeving. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en uitvoeren van de BHV-organisatie op onze verschillende locaties van ASML in Nederland. Dit omvat o.a. 

  • Ondersteunen van de ASML NL BHV coordinator

  • Operationeel hoofd BHV (zowel in dagdienst als in call out diensten)

  • Organiseren van BHV dekking in gebouwen

  • Coördinatie en uitvoering van het ontruimingsprogramma

  • Beheer, onderhoud en inspectie van BHV middelen

  • Evaluatie en registratie BHV inzetten

  • Veiligheidsrondes voor toezicht op vluchtwegen, vluchtwegplattegronden

Opleiding en ervaring
Je hebt een afgeronde IVK opleiding en/of relevante werkervaring op het gebied bedrijfsnoodorganisties en bedrijfshulpverlening.

  • Jij bent iemand met een sterk gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid en veiligheid.

  • Je hebt affiniteit met het waarborgen van een gezonde werkomgeving.

  • Je bent in staat om een team te coördineren en te motiveren tijdens noodsituaties.

  • Jij hebt een passie voor BHV en jouw hart ligt bij de veiligheid van onze medewerkers.

Persoonlijke vaardigheden

  • Daadkrachtig

  • sociaal vaardig

  • Beheerst zowel Nederlands als Engels in taal en schrift

  • In staat aan te passen aan de omstandigheden.

  • Ervaring met prestatie onder druk ten tijde van een crisis/incident.
