Your role in our team As a Collibra engineer, you'll ensure vital data governance workflows and platform adoption, preventing major operational inefficiencies and compliance risks. Who we're looking for We're seeking a talented individual with: University degree (Bachelor's / Master's) in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics) 3+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or a similar role Strong understanding and experience in developing and operating Collibra from a user and business perspective Experience in training, coaching, and change management Ability to translate business requirements into functional Collibra configurations Experience with persona-based design or UX principles Familiarity with metadata, data lineage, and data catalog concepts Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Agile mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus) About Schiphol Group With 3,500 proud colleagues, we connect the Netherlands with the rest of the world.
