We have a unique vacancy in the Netherlands for Dutch speaking Quality Consultants, looking for their next career challenge.

Our client is a consulting firm in the field of quality management, with over 30 years of experience on the market, a reputation for excellence, renowned for their focus and pragmatic approach.

As Management Consultant, you will be challenged and given a lot of responsibility and freedom, you will be encouraged to specialise, assume more Senior roles and put your ideas into practice, in a "no nonsense culture".


You will work largely independently and at different organisations. These are almost always companies that have ‘something to do with technology’. From engineering firms to suppliers of laboratory equipment. From suppliers to the aircraft industry to biotechnology.


Your role - from asking questions to finding answers


  • from working with management at strategic level to processes and systems
  • working on a variety of projects, with different client departments, from HR to sales, to technical and engineering
  • design and implementation of a management system (e.g. ISO9001, 14001, 45001, 27001)
  • expanding the relationship with the client
  • analysing customer complaints or waste
  • giving presentations, leading small working groups, participating in consultations, discussions with suppliers or evaluations with customers
  • consultation and good cooperation with the client


Skills and experience needed


  • 3 + years of relevant work experience in a Quality Consultancy/Quality Management Consultancy capacity or similar
  • experience working in a Quality Consultancy/Quality Management Consultancy capacity with technology companies would be a significant plus
  • solid knowledge and experience of ISO standards (9001, 14001 45001 etc.), environmental care and/or sustainability
  • Bachelor Degree, preferably in a technical field
  • Driving license
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Dutch language is a must
