About the Role

Are you passionate about storytelling, social media, and creating meaningful visibility for women? Do you want to grow your leadership experience while contributing to one of the world's most recognized platforms for ideas?

TEDx Coolhaven Women is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to refine and execute our content strategy in the lead-up to our 2025 event. You'll play a key role in shaping the public face of this year's TEDx stage, with a focus on female empowerment, visibility, and cultural storytelling.

What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of the event's social media calendar (LinkedIn + Instagram)
  • Create and schedule content based on brand and content guidelines
  • Lead and manage a team of 2 junior volunteers (design + copy support)
  • Monitor engagement and adjust based on what's resonating
  • Collaborate closely with the event founder and speaker team to tell compelling stories

Who You Are

  • You believe in women's voices, visibility, and empowerment
  • You have 1–2 years of experience managing content for social media
  • You're confident using tools like Canva and PowerPoint
  • You're proactive, organized, and not afraid to take ownership
  • You're available 4–6 hours per week from now until October
  • You're excited to lead (not just post) and want to make a meaningful impact
