INTERIM – Chief Financial Officer

Vanwege het aanstaande vertrek van de huidige CFO, ben ik op zoek naar een pragmatische Interim CFO met concrete ervaring in een productieomgeving (Operations, Supply-Chain, Inkoop-Verkoop, Logistiek). Deze tussenpaus zal de komende weken ingewerkt worden door de vertrekkende CFO, waarna je het stokje overneemt en samen met de CEO je eigen koers zal gaan varen. Mijn opdrachtgever is een voormalige DGA organisatie van MKB formaat (circa € 40M omzet, 150mw) en heeft een externe investeerder. Je acteert als sparringpartner van de CEO en interne belanghebbenden van de afdelingen zoals hierboven beschreven en stuurt één finance collega aan.

Verantwoordelijkheden:
  • Acteren als de financieel eindverantwoordelijke, sparringpartner van de CEO en andere interne belanghebbenden.
  • Ervaren finance businesspartner die niet uitsluitend een financiële verantwoordelijkheid heeft, maar breder naar bedrijfsprocessen, optimalisaties en efficiency kijkt.
  • Verzorgen van de periodieke afsluitingen (maand-, kwartaal-, jaar-), budgettering en cash-flow forecasting.
  • Verzorgen van management rapportages en analyses, bijvoorbeeld m.b.t. marges, kostprijzen, productgroep en het vergroten van het inzicht in activiteiten (service & onderhoud, contracten, webshop en nieuwbouw).
  • Laatste restjes van de jaarrekening 2022 wegwerken en verzorgen van de fiscale aangiftes.
  • Aansturen en coachen van één finance collega.
  • ICT aansturing van de partner t.b.v. ICT beheer en ERP systeem.
  • Gevraagd en ongevraagd adviseren van verschillende stakeholders van disciplines zoals hierboven beschreven.
  • Opzetten van dashboarding en KPI's, dit vormgeven en laten landen binnen de organisatie om de performance beter inzichtelijk te krijgen en deze bij te sturen waar nodig.
  • Professionaliseren van alle voorkomende processen en procedures (AO/IB) t.b.v. een meer efficiënte en effectieve bedrijfsvoering.
Vereisten:
  • Afgeronde financiële of bedrijfseconomische opleiding op HBO+/WO niveau, eventueel aangevuld met een RC opleiding.
  • Concrete ervaring in een productieorganisatie is vereist.
  • Ervaring in een omgeving met een externe investeerder is sterk gewenst.
  • Kennis en ervaring met supply chain, logistiek en inkoop-verkoop zal in deze opdracht veel toevoegen.
  • Ze zijn initiatiefrijk, zelfstartend en ondernemend, met de capaciteit om niet alleen te bedenken, maar ook te implementeren én uit te voeren.
  • Goed ontwikkeld analytisch vermogen om complexe processen te overzien, maar vooral ook praktisch ingesteld en hands-on.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een servicegerichte instelling.

Mijn opdrachtgever is een internationale productieorganisatie van MKB formaat, gevestigd in Noord-Holland.
