About the Role: As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in the success of the EVM Portfolio by supporting the rollout and execution of EVM projects. You will also help shape the future of the project management process within the organization.Solliciteer snel, bekijk de volledige omschrijving door naar beneden te scrollen om de volledige vereisten voor deze functie te ontdekken.Key Responsibilities:Project Delivery: Ensure assigned projects (e.g., End-of-Life projects of technical systems such as HVAC, production/lab equipment, water/gas systems, lab/clean room refurbishments, technical feasibility studies) are completed on time, within budget, and with the required quality standards.Documentation Management: Review and approve project management and technical documentation including project letters, project plans, URS, planning documents, risk assessments, cost calculations, and resource plans.Portfolio Management: Manage and update portfolio tools, provide timely project budget, resource, and timeline data to the project portfolio manager, and support the setup and control of the annual Capex budget.Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and sponsors of your projects.Contractor Management: Onboard and support external contractor project leads for assigned projects.Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of the project management system and processes within the engineering team to optimize technical assets and resources.Training & Guidance: Provide project management training and guidance to the EVM team, project contractors, and internal customers.Support: Assist project leads as needed and act as project manager in accordance with the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) framework.Requirements:Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in technical or engineering projects.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.Experience with process improvement and training is a plus. xbpjoel Contract Details:Duration: 1 yearLocation: Leiden, NetherlandsWork type: HybridInterested?
