Je gaat aan de slag om de bedrijfsdoelstellingen en productvisie te vertalen naar een strategie- en visiebepaling van de software architectuur. Hierbij heb je een belangrijke technische én creatieve rol van de doorontwikkeling van onze softwareproducten. Zo sta je aan het roer van de technische inrichting en draag je bij aan de productvisie en bepaling van de roadmap, forecast en backlog. Je hebt hierbij ownership over de complete software-architectuur en stelt hiervoor architectuurkaders op voor de afdeling Engineering. Samen met de Solution Architects heb je een gedeelde verantwoordelijkheid voor het inzichtelijk houden en bewaken van het huidige landschap. In de praktijk ben je sparringpartner en coach voor de solution architecten en collega's van Product Management. Je bepaalt samen met de teams de technische stack en bent betrokken bij de conceptie van nieuwe technische initiatieven.

Je adviseert de interne organisatie en (potentiële) klanten over mogelijke verbeteringen in applicaties, processen, integraties en/of architectuur. Je verheldert de voor- en nadelen van deze verbeteringen, zodat je stakeholders optimaal geïnformeerd zijn en goed gefaciliteerd worden tijdens het besluitvormingsproces.

Jouw architectuurprincipes en -kaders geven teams duidelijke richtlijnen en richting, waardoor ze effectief kunnen werken en hoogwaardige software kunnen leveren.

Wat wij van jou verwachten
  • Je hebt tenminste 3 tot 5 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie;
  • Je beschikt over een wo werk- en denkniveau in combinatie met een afgeronde relevante opleiding;
  • Je beschikt over leiderschapskwaliteiten om teamleden te motiveren en te begeleiden;
  • Je hebt een probleemoplossend vermogen om complexe architecturale vraagstukken op te lossen;
  • Je bent technisch-inhoudelijk sterk en weet complexe materie helder te verwoorden;
  • Je beschikt over sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling, om effectief te kunnen samenwerken;
  • Je hebt een adviserende rol ten aanzien van het signaleren van verbeteringen in zowel de werkwijze als procedures;
  • Je hebt een goed begrip van bedrijfsprocessen en hoe softwareoplossingen deze kunnen ondersteunen en verbeteren;
  • Je hebt ervaring met het ontwerpen en implementeren van cloud-gebaseerde architecturen;
  • Bij voorkeur heb je relevante certificeringen zoals TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect of vergelijkbaar;
  • Je hebt ervaring met werken in Agile/Scrum teams en kunt architectuurprincipes integreren in deze werkwijze;
  • Je blijft op de hoogte van de nieuwste technologische trends en kunt deze toepassen om de softwarearchitectuur te verbeteren.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • 27 vakantiedagen en de mogelijkheid om extra vakantiedagen bij te kopen;
  • Thuiswerkvergoeding van € 2,35 netto per thuiswerkdag;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 netto per kilometer t.b.v. woon-werk verkeer.

Bij indiensttreding wordt een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) gevraagd.
