EU Product Management Expert of Power Grid / Electrical Market

(These roles can be worked from any of the companies offices across The Netherlands or Germany)

Position Overview:

Responsible for market insights and strategic planning in the EU power grid and electrical sectors, with a focus on developing product roadmaps for solar and energy storage solutions. Key responsibilities include analyzing industry trends, identifying opportunities, and shaping product strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Insight & Analysis:

  • Monitor industry trends, identify challenges and opportunities, and analyze market dynamics and technologies in the power grid and electrical sectors.
  • Produce insight reports and provide strategic recommendations to headquarters.

Product & Roadmap Planning:

  • Design new products, features, and roadmaps for solar and energy storage solutions.

Marketing Support:

  • Engage with customer experts and participate in key marketing activities.
  • Provide technical expertise to support the sales team.

Technical Expertise & Industry Knowledge:

  • Leverage expertise in power systems, energy storage, and energy automation.
  • Stay informed about industry standards, market policies, and the strategies of TSOs/DSOs across Europe.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong market analysis and strategic planning capabilities, including understanding market methodologies and emerging business models.
  • Technical expertise in power electronics, energy storage, and renewable energy systems.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, policies, and standards in the energy sector.
  • Experience interacting with customers and providing high-level technical support.

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or science.
  • Frequent domestic and international travel.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
