Functieomschrijving:

Als backoffice support operator van het Siemens Customer Service Center speel je een cruciale rol in het bewaken van de veiligheid van onze klanten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het op een klantvriendelijke manier informeren van klanten over de afhandeling van incidenten. Je bent een essentiële schakel in het proces van call-intake, waarbij je inkomende telefoongesprekken en e-mails aanneemt en efficiënt afhandelt. Daarnaast behoort de dispatching van servicetechnici tot je verantwoordelijkheden, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat de juiste experts op het juiste moment ter plaatse zijn. Het Siemens Customer Service Center is tevens een Particuliere Alarmcentrale wat zorgt voor een breed pallet van werkzaamheden.


Verantwoordelijkheden:

• Informeren van klanten over de voortgang van incidentenafhandeling met een klantgerichte aanpak.

• Aannemen en afhandelen van inkomende telefoongesprekken en e-mails met duidelijke communicatie en oplossingsgerichtheid.

• Dispatchen van servicetechnici en coördineren van hun inzet om incidenten snel en efficiënt op te lossen

• Samenwerken met collega’s om een vlotte en gestroomlijnde werking van de alarmcentrale te garanderen

• Bijdragen aan het verbeteren van klantenserviceprocessen en- procedures.


Vereisten:

• Minimaal MBO 2 niveau

• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling.

• Zorgvuldige en nauwkeurige werkhouding.

• Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en stressbestendigheid i.v.m tijdsdruk voor alarmafhandelingen.

• Teamgerichte instelling, met het vermogen effectief samen te werken binnen een dynamisch team

• Besluitvaardigheid bij het nemen van cruciale beslissingen.

• Flexibiliteit om zowel overdag (70%) als in de avonden, nachten en weekenden te werken (30%).

• Vermogen om snel te schakelen tussen verschillende taken en prioriteiten.

• Ervaring in een particuliere alarmcentrale of callcenter is een pre.

• Een diploma Beveiliger 2 en/of basisopleiding Centralist Alarmcentrale is een pre


Kandidaten moeten woonachtig zijn binnen een straal van 40 kilometer van de standplaats in verband met oproepbaarheid.
