Job Summary We are seeking a Quality Control/Quality Assurance professional to oversee and improve manufacturing processes in our Netherlands production. This role involves monitoring production yields, compiling DFM feedback for design enhancements, and driving quality improvements through root cause and failure analysis. Ideal candidates have at least five years of QC/QA experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in English, with Mandarin as a plus. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned): Monitor, review and control of manufacturing processes of Netherlands production. Collect necessary process yields on product, both of NPI and of production during their respective transformations. Compile data to generate DFM feedback report to our design team and assist product design improvement. Assist root cause and failure analysis to generate quality improvement initiatives on their CM processes. Qualifications At least 5 years in the field of QC/QA function is preferred Language Skills: English is required; Mandarin is a plus Monitor, review and control of manufacturing processes of Netherlands production.
