Job Title: Blockchain Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Blockchain Analyst to monitor blockchain transactions, detect suspicious activity, and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in blockchain analytics, risk assessment, and crypto regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze blockchain transactions to identify risks, fraud, and illicit activities.
  • Use blockchain analytics tools (Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM Labs) for transaction tracing.
  • Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and FATF Travel Rule regulations.
  • Investigate suspicious wallets, report SARs, and support regulatory inquiries.
  • Monitor blockchain security threats and assess risks in DeFi and smart contracts.
  • Provide insights on crypto market trends, whale movements, and liquidity flows.
  • Collaborate with compliance, risk, and fraud teams to enhance monitoring processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-5 years in blockchain analytics, crypto compliance, or financial crime investigations.
  • Experience with blockchain analysis tools (Chainalysis, Elliptic, CipherTrace).
  • Strong knowledge of blockchain, smart contracts, DeFi, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Preferred: CAMS, CBP, or CCI certification; experience in exchanges or financial institutions.
