As Head of Manufacturing Data Engineering & Digitalization your focus is on IJmuiden. You are leading a team of Data Engineering professionals who are developing the Manufacturing Data platform that serves as the basis for Advanced Analytics performed by a large group of Data Scientists.   • An University degree and at least 5 years working experience in comparable roles, within complex IT environments

  • Preferable - Knowledge of Data (management) and BI (MS Azure stack)

What's your department?The Information Management & Process Control [IMP] department is housed within Tata Steel Netherlands in the Engineering & Site Service [ESS] business unit. The IMP department delivers projects and services in process automation, both in terms of applications and infrastructure. Additionally, IMP develops the data lake for process control data, which serves as the basis for advanced analytics and other digital developments such as image recognition, IoT, and predictive maintenance.
