Workforce Management – UKG – SAP SuccessFactors – System Migration

Location: Amsterdam Area (hybrid)

Job Type: Freelance, 12months+

Are you a dynamic project leader with a passion for driving complex system transformations?

We're looking for a Project Manager - Workforce Management (WFM) Migration to lead our client's global initiative transitioning from UKG Workforce Central to UKG Pro WFM. This strategic role will ensure a smooth, scalable migration across multiple countries, while securing seamless integration with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full project lifecycle of WFM migration.
  • Build and execute detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and milestones across multiple countries.
  • Collaborate with HR, payroll, store operations, supply chain, and tech teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Define global WFM design standards, while addressing local compliance and operational needs.
  • Oversee integration with SAP SuccessFactors EC and Payroll systems, ensuring smooth data flow across platforms.
  • Lead testing phases (system, integration, UAT), coordinate pilots and global rollouts.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement through workshops, training, and regular project updates.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and support post-implementation adoption and stabilization.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven hands-on experience managing WFM system implementations in multiple countries, preferably with UKG Pro WFM or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors EC, ECP, and WFM integrations
  • Familiarity with data migration, middleware (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi), and APIs
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
  • Expertise in time tracking, scheduling, absence management, and payroll processes
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional, cross-cultural teams
  • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project environments is an advantage
  • Fluency in English
