What will you do?

As a Lead Consultant, you will lead your project team, guiding our clients in implementing CPM technology and obtaining the right management information to set the right course. You are responsible for the quality of delivered solutions before they reach our clients. You take the lead in the implementation from the 'Requirement phase' to the actual 'Go live'. You are an expert in one or more technologies such as OneStream, SAP, Tagetik, or Vena.

You are a true consultant, translating client needs in finance and ESG into technology solutions so that the client obtains the right information. You work closely with our clients, the Project Manager, and the Principal Solution Architects. In addition, we work with self-managing teams, and you are responsible for every aspect of your business team. This includes continuous learning, onboarding new colleagues, and developing sustainable best practices. You translate organizational goals into team objectives through Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Additionally, you utilize your knowledge and skills during pre-sales activities.

Who are you?

We are looking for a true Lead Consultant You can lead, motivate, and inspire your business team. You understand organizational goals and can translate them into team objectives. You can communicate at a high level and understand what stakeholder management entails. You also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to convert complex issues into sustainable and innovative solutions. You are willing to learn multiple CPM technologies, such as OneStream, SAP, or Tagetik. You don't mind traveling to various locations in the country in your lease car. Furthermore, you have:

  • At least 5-7 years of work experience in Consulting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in CPM technology as an end user or consultant. Experience with OneStream is a plus, but experience with SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Group Reporting, Oracle HFM, Tagetik, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or Jedox is also fine.
  • Experience with at least 3 complete CPM projects, including successfully leading various workshops for requirement gathering and design definition.
  • Experience with and knowledge of corporate performance management processes, such as consolidation, reporting, planning, and ESG.
  • A valid driver's license (B);
  • Good command of Dutch and English;
