Attracting an array of clients from locals, celebrities, and high-end clientele, this fantastic, relaxed restaurant offers some of the best Italian food in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

  • Coaching employees and assisting in their further development
  • Leading the team, acting as a role model, and ensuring a positive atmosphere
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Hiring the best staff for the restaurant
  • Good at setting up KPI´s and action plans to reach them
  • Participating in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar and demonstrating your strong service philosophy
  • Analysing and responding to guest feedback
  • Calculating budgets and implementing strategic planning
  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

What are we looking for?

  • Experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
  • Proven customer service experience as a manager
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Acute financial management skills
  • BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
  • Ability to connect with people and to be part of a team
  • Talent to empower the team and promote diversity
  • Amazing personality
  • Fluent in English
