Our Client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Account Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you'll be key in maintaining valuable customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities in the ever-evolving IT solutions market.
What You'll Do:
As an Account Manager, you'll help both new and existing clients transition to the (hybrid) cloud. By building trust and understanding each customer's unique business objectives, you’ll work to identify the optimal mix of (cloud) services for them.You’ll have access to a wide range of proven solutions, including security and hybrid/multi-cloud services (IaaS, StaaS, BaaS, DraaS, PaaS, SaaS, etc.), as well as workplace management. You’ll be supported by a highly motivated team of specialists focused on customer satisfaction and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers
- Ensure continuous service provision for existing customers
- Introduce additional services and solutions to existing clients
- Develop and execute your own sales and marketing strategy in collaboration with vendors, partners, and our internal teams (marketing, telesales)
- Share successes and advise colleagues to help them succeed
What We Expect:
- We’re looking for candidates who bring the following skills and experience:
- 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record in new business development
- Strong, well-maintained relationships and network
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both Dutch and English
- Solid understanding of service contracts, IT infrastructure, workplace solutions, and Azure
- Knowledge of applications, data management, and security is a plus
- Ability to identify opportunities, negotiate, and drive results
