Als Growth Marketeer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van digitale strategieën en campagnes om de groei van het bedrijf te stimuleren. Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Beheren en optimaliseren van PPC-campagnes via Google Ads en advertentieplatformen zoals Facebook, Instagram en LinkedIn;
  • Analyseren van data uit tools zoals Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hotjar, LeadInfo en Meta for Business, en deze vertalen naar strategische inzichten en verbeterpunten;
  • Optimaliseren van e-mailmarketingactiviteiten en implementeren van marketing automation-processen;
  • Coördineren van verschillende projecten met uitstekende plannings- en projectmanagementvaardigheden, waarbij je overzicht houdt, zelfs bij uitdagende deadlines;
  • Proactief bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van de bedrijfsvisie en werkwijze, en fungeren als sterke sparringpartner binnen het team.
