Your Responsibilities :

  • Identify the technological and IT challenges of your target environment,
  • Grasp the broader issues faced by your customers and prospects, identify their needs, and design tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with your clients.
  • Recruit and manage a team of top-tier IT consultants.
  • Oversee complex IT project deployments,
  • Manage your profit center, ensuring profitability and identifying growth opportunities.

Your Ideal Professional Background :

  • A degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, or IT Recruitment.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
