Wat ga je doen?

Als HR Business Partner ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor HR-gerelateerde zaken binnen 2 van onze Nederlandse business units. Je zorgt voor een optimale afstemming tussen strategische bedrijfsdoelstellingen en onze medewerkers. Daarnaast ondersteun je het management bij verandermanagement, talentontwikkeling en teamverbetering.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • HR-advies & samenwerking – Je werkt dagelijks samen met managers en medewerkers en bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt voor HR-vraagstukken.
  • Organisatieontwikkeling & opvolgingsplanning – Je geeft advies over organisatieveranderingen en helpt bij de planning van opvolging.
  • Coach & adviseur – Je biedt ondersteuning bij coaching, loopbaanontwikkeling, disciplinaire acties en personeelsbeheer.
  • Arbeidsrecht & compliance – Je zorgt ervoor dat HR-beleid en personeelsbeheer voldoen aan de Nederlandse wetgeving en werkt samen met juridische adviseurs indien dat nodig blijkt.
  • Engagement & cultuur – Je helpt bij het bevorderen van medewerkerstevredenheid en betrokkenheid binnen ADP Nederland.
  • HR-analyse & strategie – Je analyseert HR-data en trends om beleid en initiatieven te verbeteren.
  • Internationale samenwerking – Je draagt bij aan wereldwijde HR-projecten en past internationale HR-initiatieven op de Nederlandse markt toe.

Wat neem je mee?

  • Taalvaardigheid – Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
  • Opleiding – Bachelor in Human Resource Management (HRM) of een vergelijkbare studie. Een diploma in Arbeidsrecht is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring – Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als HR Business Partner, met bewezen expertise in verandermanagement, talentontwikkeling en het creëren van betrokken teams.
  • Juridische kennis – Uitgebreide kennis van de Nederlandse arbeidswetgeving.
  • Vaardigheden:
  • Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden
  • Uitstekende communicatieve en beïnvloedingsvaardigheden
  • Ervaring met HR-data en prestatiemanagement
  • Proactieve en resultaatgerichte instelling
  • Uitstekende time management skills zodat je gestelde deadlines weet te behalen
