And you can be one of the key people shaping it.Why this role stands outAs ourBusiness Development Manager , you get full ownership to drive commercial success across the Benelux. You’ll unlock growth in our existing RS customer base, develop new markets, create propositions, and work closely with a dedicated marketing team eager to support your ideas.With warm supplier relationships (including training support), our own warehouse and office in Amsterdam, and the freedom to shape your approach, this is the perfect mix of entrepreneurial building and corporate firepower.What you will doDrive growth within existing RS accounts and open new doors across the Benelux region.Build and execute strategic business development plans from idea to implementation.Work closely with marketing, suppliers, and sales to scale the PPE safety proposition.Identify market trends and translate them into new business opportunities and solutions.Introduce customers to our wide range of safety products, PPE, and innovative safety technologies.Directly influence revenue, visibility, and market position for RS Safety Solutions.What you bringProven experience in business development or sales, ideally inPPEor a technical/industrial sector.Entrepreneurial mindset: strategic thinker with hands-on execution.Excellent communication and influencing skills.Analytical strength and the ability to turn insights into actions.Collaborative attitude, paired with ownership and drive.Fluent in Dutch and EnglishWillingness to travel across the Benelux.What we offerA role with autonomy, impact and the opportunity to truly shape our growth.
