Your mission is simple: create structured processes and manage projects that consolidate the diverse knowledge that your colleagues bring into the team. With your vision of how knowledge can be structuralized, you help to ensure that everyone at ASML understands and complies with our defined processes on efficient and effective Introduction of new products, end of Manufacturing, refurb and re-use. Your mission may sound simple, but to achieve it you will need leadership and creativity, because this is what ASML is all about: a world leader in one of the world’s fastest-moving industries, a place where materials, work-practices and attitudes change at breath-taking speed. To help you achieve this mission, you will have to engage the local Program Managers to ensure that structure in the Product Generation Process and related Manufacturing Processes is realized according to your vision.
Job Description
You will build the processes, systems and tools to ensure that ASML factories across the world can efficient and effective introduce new products, refurb modules and products, re-use parts and phase-out products according to our customer needs in a fast-changing environment.
You will be part of a team of Manufacturing professionals and will focus on cooperating with your colleagues to ensure that projects become more successful. This will call on your expertise in project and change management.
Key responsibilities include:
- stakeholder management across business
- ownership of the product generation process for Manufacturing
- drive adherence to the process and analyze process performance
- conduct monthly and annual process performance management reviews with stakeholders
You will report to the Head of Global Manufacturing Operational Excellence.
Education – Experience -- Skills
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in technical or environmental studies.
You have at least 10 years of relevant experience with change management preferably in a low-volume, high-tech environment.
- Proven project management track record
- Strong analytical skills
- Pragmatic, hands on mentality combined with being able to act on corporate level
- Good communicator and team player
- Good verbal and written English language skills
- Ability to stay focused on long-term goals in a demanding, fast-moving environment
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
