Wat ga je doen als Customer Service Medewerker?

Je werkt in Utrecht in een internationaal transport bedrijf en samen met 8 Customer Service Representatives (CSR) vorm jij het team Customer Service. Jullie zijn het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klanten van Van der Wal en de schakel tussen planning en klant.

Samen met dit team ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de relaties, omzet en marge bij de bestaande klanten. Doordat jij de behoeftes van de klanten (her)kent kan je hun transport 'slimmer' maken. De relatie met de klant is voor jou net zo belangrijk als de commerciële mogelijkheden.

Je bent communicatief sterk, je beheerst Nederlands (minimaal B1) en Engels. Meer talen? Nog beter

Je hebt minimaal een mbo-niveau 3 diploma of ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.

Je hebt affiniteit met duurzaamheid.

Je bent in staat meerdere taken uit te voeren houden zonder het overzicht te verliezen.
