3 x European Business Development Managers – Food Industry €70–80k + Bonus Rotterdam Recruiting for three newly created Business Development Manager roles within a well-established European food manufacturer. These positions are primarily focused on business development. You will drive growth, opening doors, and expanding market presence across Europe. All roles are based in Rotterdam , with regular travel across Europe. When not travelling, you'll be working from the office. Available Roles Business Development Manager – Industrial & Foodservice Business Development Manager – Retail (Branded & Private Label) Business Development Manager – Ethnic Channel What We're Looking For Proven food sales experience is essential Strong track record of business development (not account management) Fluent English required for all roles French or German is a strong advantage for Industrial & Foodservice, and Ethnic, and essential for the Retail role Required experience levels: Industrial & Foodservice: 5+ years within the channel Retail: 7+ years within branded and/or private label retail sales Ethnic Channel: 7–10 years selling into ethnic wholesalers, distributors or specialist channels across Europe What You'll Be Doing Identifying and developing new business opportunities across Europe Building relationships with distributors, HORECA, wholesalers, retailers or manufacturers (depending on channel) Leading negotiations and managing the full commercial cycle Representing the company at customer visits, exhibitions and trade events Collaborating internally with supply chain, marketing and technical teams Package €70K–€80k base salary Performance-based target bonuses European travel + Rotterdam office base Career growth within a rapidly expanding international business If you have strong food industry sales experience , love opening new doors, and are looking for a role that genuinely rewards commercial impact, I'd be happy to share more.
