Role

We are seeking a detail oriented, well organized operations administrative assistant with a can-do mentality. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of operations administration-related activities and support operational execution. Additionally, you will ensure a proper and precise administration by monitoring, creating and exchanging of all required documents. Taking ownership comes naturally to you and you have a track record of successful projects. Furthermore, you will closely collaborate with different departments, such as project management, finance and product development.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, create, and exchange all required documents (Purchase orders, Invoices, order confirmation, etc).
• Support to the Project Manager - Service, encompassing tasks like delivery address creation, service call creation, purchasing support, contract management, and helpdesk ticket updates.
• Maintain daily tasks within SAP system.
• Provide administrative support for multiple phases of project implementation (sanctions check, supplier and customer creation, project closing, etc).
• Assist in maintaining databases, updating records, and generating reports.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks.

Educational background and skills

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in the field of administration or a related field
• Fluency in English and Dutch in writing and speaking is a must
• Experience with SAP Business One, Excel and Word is a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
