Treasury Dealer Front Office

DescriptionWTW Treasury plays a critical role in managing the company's liquidity, foreign exchange, credit, interest rate, and operational treasury risks worldwide. As part of our team, you will manage the daily liquidity and foreign exchange requirements of the Global Treasury Company (GTC) and are expected to own the intercompany loan hedging program as well as carrying out these derivative trades. The candidate will also lead key initiatives within Global Treasury, including IT, transformation and continuous improvement projects.You'll also handle key month-end close activities and will be involved with the preparation of the quarterly Credit Committee meetings. In addition, you'll collaborate closely with our front-office team, supporting them on high-impact projects that drive strategic outcomes. In the role of Treasury Dealer you will report directly to the Treasury Director of GTC.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeManagement and execution of the daily foreign exchange and intercompany hedging;Daily global cash and investment management & analysis, including cash pool management; Company management:Contributor to the Credit Committee;Contributor to the quarterly board meetings.Key participant in Treasury transformation projects;Key contact for banking partners and the Treasury back office;Market data management;Assisting in the management of global cash pooling structures and related banking activities.QualificationsRequirements:Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or an equivalent higher academic qualification;Proven experience in a Corporate Treasury environment, with a strong understanding of global financial operations;Front office dealer, managing cash liquidity, FX and investments;Have experience of working in Treasury front office and market facing roles;Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, juggling multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines;Understanding of in-house banking structures;Exceptional analytical skills and the drive to get tasks done by immovable deadlines combined with a keen eye for detail;Experience with Excel & IT2 treasury systems is a strong advantage;Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; Dutch language skills are a plus.About WTWAt WTW (NASDAQ: WTW), we deliver data-driven and insight-led solutions across the areas of people, risk, and capital.
