Our client is a leading company in the international offshore sector. Do you love keeping things organized and making sure everything runs smoothly? We’re looking for a Crewing Coordinator to handle crew logistics for offshore operations. From scheduling and mobilizing crew members to managing certifications and working with agencies—you’ll play a key role in keeping teams on track.


Your role (32-40 hours per week):

  • You report directly to the Crewing Manager
  • You work closely with another Crewing Coordinator
  • You will assist Rig Manager with recruitment and crew pre-qualification and planning
  • You'll have close contact with Rig Managers, Vessel Management Team, Crew, Crewing Agencies and the QHSE Department.
  • You conduct yearly visits to barges (once in port) and meet with agencies and service providers to review cooperation.
  • In consultation with colleagues within the crewing department you are available by phone outside office hours for emergencies or high priority situations.
  • Monitor Crewing Agencies to ensure they comply with frame agreements


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore/marine crewing
  • Strong knowledge of international crewing regulations
  • Fluent in Dutch & English
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Interpersonal skills: effective networking, relationship-building, and teamwork capabilities
