Chief Supply Chain Officer – Global Food Manufacturing Leader

Are you a visionary supply chain leader with a passion for operational excellence? Do you have the strategic mindset and leadership skills to drive a world-class supply chain for an industry leader?

My client are seeking an experienced Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) to join their executive team. You will be responsible for the overall strategy and lead the end-to-end global supply chain. This is a high-impact role responsible for optimizing global operations, ensuring supply chain resilience, and driving sustainability and innovation in a rapid-growth business.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute a best-in-class global supply chain strategy

Drive operational efficiencies across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution

Implement cutting-edge digital and automation solutions for enhanced performance

Strengthen supplier relationships and ensure end-to-end supply chain transparency

Champion sustainability, reducing carbon footprint and enhancing ESG initiatives

Lead and inspire high-performing teams across multiple geographies

Collaborate with the C-suite to align supply chain strategy with overall business goals
