What You Will LeadAs our Director of Finance, you will: Drive INSO's global financial strategy and long-term sustainability Lead two HQ-based teams (Finance Operations & FP&A) Shape policies, systems, and forecasting tools across 24 countries Partner with global donors (ECHO, FCDO, USAID, UN, SDC, & more) Influence strategic decisions as a member of the Senior Management Team Build a culture of trust, stewardship, and cross-country financial excellence What You BringWe're looking for someone who has:10+ years leading finance teams (HQ/regional level preferred)Strong experience with institutional donorsA track record of building and improving financial systemsFluency in EnglishA master's degree in Finance/Accounting/Business + professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, etc.)A leadership style rooted in integrity, clarity, and collaborationBonus points if you bring:French/Spanish/Arabic, Dutch GAAP experience, or ERP implementation expertise.
