Clarus WMS is scaling fast across Europe, and we need someone to lead our outbound efforts in the Benelux and wider EU regions. This role sits at the centre of that momentum. You will help shape our commercial footprint and drive high-quality outbound pipeline across the region. The Opportunity This is a strategic role reporting directly to our GTM Manager and Head of Sales (Benelux). You will play a key part in executing our European go-to-market strategy. You will be responsible for generating new business pipeline through targeted outbound activity, engaging senior prospects, and sharing real market insights back to the business to help shape our strategy. We don’t just want you to book meetings - we want you to understand the market and grow into a future leader within our sales team. What You’ll Do Run targeted, multi-channel outreach sequences across calls, personalised emails, and LinkedIn social selling in the Benelux and EU. Hold confident, consultative conversations with C-level and senior decision-makers in logistics, supply chain, and warehousing to uncover their challenges. Qualify prospects rigorously and book high-quality discovery meetings with clear, structured handover notes for Account Executives. Provide frontline insights that strengthen our messaging, targeting, and overall strategy. Maintain momentum with warm leads, re-engage dormant opportunities, and keep CRM data clean and accurate. Develop your commercial skillset through regular coaching with a defined path toward an Account Executive role. What We’re Looking For Curious, driven communicator with resilience and a genuine growth mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced tech environment where collaboration is key. Native-level Dutch and fluent English (essential). Additional European languages are a significant plus. 2 - 3 years of experience in SDR, BDE, recruitment, or similar outbound sales roles. Proven success booking meetings with mid-to-senior decision-makers. Experience with Zoho, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage. Based in the Netherlands, and able to attend in-person events or team days in the Amsterdam region when required. Why Join Clarus WMS?
