Urban Gym Group is a leading innovator in the European wellness and fitness industry, operating more than 40 clubs and studios across major cities in the Netherlands. Our portfolio includes well-known brands such as TrainMore, ClubSportive, Renessence, and BTY CLB.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events and brand activations to engage TrainMore members and promote our unique fitness concept.
  • Support the marketing team in day-to-day tasks.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to develop fresh, innovative ideas that align with TrainMore’s brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to translate member insights into actionable marketing improvements.

You

  • A final-year student in Commercial Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Available for a full-time, six-month internship starting in 2025.
  • Passionate about fitness, marketing, and brand research.
  • Eager to gain hands-on experience in the operational side of marketing and event management.
  • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves—you’re ready to get involved in all aspects of marketing execution.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
  • In possession of a driver's license
